Driver door presenting just fine but if you closed the door and reopened it before it had retracted it wouldn t.
Tesla handles presenting but driver door not unlocking.
After the recent upgrade to version 10 my mx stopped unlocking the driver door not auto present when approached with a working key box.
Nothing worked from outside pressing on the handle key fob unlock button on screen etc.
On my car when the car is locked passive entry is enabled i must touch a front door handle either one to get all handles to present.
The door would just unlock so that pressing the handle would open the door.
Just the driver s door or all four doors.
When i change the setting of door unlock mode driver i can press the driver handle and only the drive handle presents however with this setting when i press on the passenger handle all door handles presents.
Tesla quoted 3 per mile for ranger 250 miles out.

When the car is unlocked and the door handles retract only then will pressing on the rear handles get them all to re present.
A quick fix to known problem of the tesla model s door handles not presenting requiring adhesive tape and two plastic cards.
If the door was opened from the inside the handle would present.

Once presented you simply pull on the handle in a similar fashion to other vehicle handles.
Also make sure that the new option passive entry is turned on.
If your door handles were auto presenting then this option is likely turned on but you should double check it anyway.

Temporary solution before replac.
However the latest tesla firmware build for 6 1 allows the driver to push down on the p button located on the driving stalk which will in turn unlock the vehicle and present the door handles.
Also whether or not the doors all the doors unlock or just the driver s door is worth checking.
The door will release and you can pull to open.
A small light will turn on illuminating the handle.
